In the context of our business fertilizers' development in Poland, we are looking for a collaboration for customer service and operation and inventories monitoring based in Warsaw.

The candidate (m/f/d) should be eager to deal with figures, stock monitoring and invoicing. Additionally, the candidate (m/f/d) will be in constant contact with the sales' manager, the CSO and the credit department in Hamburg.


Your tasks:


  • Take ownership of issuing sales invoices, credit, and debit memos, ensuring smooth month-end and year-end closings.
  • Your role involves closely managing customer service operations in Poland, guaranteeing exceptional experiences for end-users.
  • Bring your expertise to bear on handling the claims process in Poland, collaborating with the Sales Manager to swiftly resolve and close files.
  • Handle invoice claims with precision and dedication, following up diligently on outstanding matters.
  • Utilize SAP ERP to process and update business transactions accurately and efficiently – your expertise matters here.
  • Your commitment to compliance is essential; adhere to internal and external processes and regulations, ensuring standards are met (Quality standards, dangerous goods, customs, tax, Incoterm, etc.).
  • Keep delivery monitoring lists maintained meticulously, ensuring timely and accurate shipments – your attention to detail is crucial.


Your profile:


  • The ideal candidates should possess an apprenticeship in a commercial field, a diploma in international trade or an equivalent training.
  • Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • We seek a team player who is enthusiastic about facilitating business execution and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational skills and a knack for providing solutions are essential attributes.
  • Mandatory requirement includes prior experience in the invoicing and logistics domain.
  • Proficiency in English is required, while proficiency in German would be considered advantageous.
