Technical Sales Agronomist

This position is the agronomic innovation and thought leader for the geography they are responsible for. They lead the identification of agronomic issues within their geography and create the correct solution that incorporates HELM products and knowledge into a unique, innovative, and agronomically correct solution. This position is responsible in leading and carrying out all levels of MasterClasses as well as align with current MasterClass customers to provide continued agronomic and product support to these customers growers. This position is the key technical support for the sales team within the geography they are responsible for.
Responsibilities

To provide continued agronomic and product support and education to customers who have attended MasterClass and align with them and their key growers to further the adoption of HELM products and practices.

Lead MasterClass 101 with new customers and be able to discern topics and carry out Master Class 201 with existing customers.

Assist or lead in the development of trials within the geography they are responsible for.

Work closely and collaborate well with internal and external sales personnel within the geography they are responsible for.

Develop a continuing education path that builds competence and expertise to the sales staff within the geography they are responsible for.

Assist sales in positioning and messaging the agronomically correct HELM products and programs.

Develop HELM as the thought and product leader in Nitrogen Use Efficiency, Nutrient Use Efficiency and Yield Creation.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to provide the short, medium and long term agronomic and product direction that best fits the problems and growing conditions of the geography they are responsible for.
Requirements

Must have PCA licenses in California and Arizona
