Regional Sales Manager S.ID/MT/WY

The Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for growing the topline sales, enhancing profitability to the customer and Helm Agro US, and enhancing the relationship with a focus on pulling through sales at the local level throughout the Central Valley of California.
Activities:
- Works with location and senior management of the strategic customer(s) to build and maintain effective relationships
- Drives for results by ensuring sales objectives and targets are forecasted, achieved, and aligned with financial objectives for the targeted geography.
- Maintains proper and efficient communication level of direction and other business metrics throughout Helm Agro and customer organization.
- Monitors competitor activity, ensuring appropriated response strategies are formulated and communicated
- Time and territory management prepare call plans, call reports, correspondence to ensure full alignment both internal to the customer and Helm Agro.
- Coordinates initiatives at the location level within key customers in accordance with Strategic Account Plans.

Experience
- 5-10 years of Ag business and sales experience with preferred experience dealing with crop protection products and associated value-added technologies
- Must be detail-oriented, results-focused and a self-starter with strong follow up skills
- Strong presentations, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated performance in delivering business results
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving, ability to determine solutions for customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Education
- BS in agricultural or related field
