Sales Manager - Export Business

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop oversea market with direct sales approach to support ICS China “Export Hub” strategy plan.
- Enlarge the number of customers, achieve sales objectives in terms of volume, margin and customer mix.
- Continuously improve size, profitability and sustainability of export business.
- Carefully observe market, customers, and competitions with timely communicate to Product Manager (or supplier directly) the valuable and detailed market information with facts and own analysis.
- Promote Helm reputation in the target market.
- Manage risk of oversea business with strict respect of company procedures, open and proactive communication with the team.
- Support Product Manager in formulating purchase, stock and sales strategy.
- Work with Helm oversea presence & team when required.
Requirements:
- Solid experience of direct selling products with ability to achieve objectives.
- 2 years overseas chemical sales experience, prefer to have networking with existing customers or market.
- Familiar with surfactant, coating, PU or other related market. Experience with EOA, FAE/SAE, AMP-95, Polyol will be a plus.
- Familiar with international trading & business.
- Good English communication skill.
- Learning agility.
- Willing to travel.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree, majored in a Chemical related or International Trading.
- Experience in similar commercial company.
