Helm Do Brasil is looking for a HR Head
Requirements:
- Talent acquisition: Recruitment and selection; onboarding and induction to the company. Attracting the talent and selecting the best. Prepare offer letter, taking care of the internal/external benchmark. Fully onboard the employee to the organization.
- Training and development: Support for internal/external training, the objective is to upskill the workforce
- Engagement and reward: Payments made accordingly; support in reviewing compensation packages against the external market. Benefits administration.
- Career management: performance assessment, setting goals, succession planning and career path.
- Organizational design and planning: Support to business colleagues to design the needed organization to achieve the goals. Plan the required FTE.
- HR Strategy: Support to implement the Global/Regional HR strategies. Implement improvements to the processes.
- Offboarding: Prepare separation payments, documentation. Walk with the employee to close the employee relationship.
- Compliance: Comply with Brazil legislation related with Labor; comply with internal prolicies and procedures.
