The Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) will support the France Sales Team by processing and managing customer orders and requests.

This role involves overseeing the management and execution of orders, coordinating with logistics providers, and maintaining customer contact to support the follow-up of their files.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for customers via telephone and email.
  • Internal Collaboration: Interface with colleagues in sales, supply chain, value chain, operations, marketing, and R&D.
  • External Coordination: Maintain intensive contact with logistics service providers.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, forms, and requests while maintaining meticulous records.
  • Customer Queries: Respond promptly to customer queries and coordinate internal responses, especially during the high season.
  • Complaint Management: Address customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Channels: Ensure effective communication with the sales team to facilitate swift responses to customer needs.
  • Professional Attitude: Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude toward customers.
  • Systems Management: Accurately manage customer accounts, orders, and logistics coordination in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Product Support: Provide support on product-related issues and manage customer complaints.
  • Claims Reporting: Report and address claims and non-conformities as they arise.
  • External Services Collaboration: Oversee product recalls and re-labeling processes.
  • Data Reporting: Contribute to data reporting for sales and management, highlighting deviations to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Team Objectives: Cooperate and work result-oriented to contribute to team objectives and collective success.

 

Profile:

 

  • Experience: At least five years of experience in the Crop Protection Industry in a comparable role.
  • SAP Expertise: would be ideal - Solid understanding of the SAP environment for seamless navigation and utilization. Otherwise, interested to discover a new ERP.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to integrate into the team and foster collaboration.
  • Proactive Approach: Initiative in presenting valuable proposals for improvements and innovations.
  • Stress Management: Ability to manage stress effectively in a dynamic and intense seasonal environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is preferred for internal communication with German-based departments. Proficiency in German is an added advantage.
  • IT Proficiency: Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel and PowerPoint is essential for effectively executing responsibilities.
