We are looking for an proactive and hands-on HR professional with +5 years of experience working with people in complex environment and businesses.
We need a HR Snr Specialist Operations LATAM for our team for Service Unit Americas.
Position Summary
The HR Snr Specialist Operations LATAM is responsible for all administrative topics related to all employments of the legal entities of HELM in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina (Head Count 100-140 approx). The position holder must ensure all related activities are performed compliant to local rules and legislation and efficient using HR Systems and HR global /regional policies. This role partners closely with the HR Business Partners from the different Business Unit and support local operations such as recruitment, payroll, learning and employee’s administration.
Individual tasks:

Employees Administration (Legal administration)

Recruitment and administration of Headcount for each country

Update employees’ files and monitoring documentation required by each country.

Ensuring compliance with global and regional policies relates to:

Legal Compliance
-
Employee health and safety
-
Local Audits (HR-related and Quality Systems)
-
Supervise HR Specialists and provide HR support for our employees

Support process optimization
-
Support HR operations processes definition, improvement, and gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with HRBP’s
-
Identifies process gaps along with a root cause analysis of issues and uses data to make fact-based decisions for process improvement processes in partnership with HRBP’s.

Makes process design and development recommendations with HRBP’s to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet local business needs.

Works with cross functional HRBP to ensure the development of an efficient and scalable end to end process

Partnership with HRPB´s in order to maintain regional On-boarding and Off-Boarding processes aligned for Latam

Partnership with HRPB’s to maintain regional learning processes aligned for LatAam

Actively assesses processes and identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation
Responsible for:

All employee lifecycle: hire to retire processes in accomplish legal conditions and compliance in each country. Fair termination in each country.

Responsible for payroll complete cycle in LatAm and generate local audits to accomplish all legal conditions in Mexico, Colombia and Argentina.

In charge of for recruiting process in each country

Responsible for local payroll incidents such as absents, holidays and all HR systems related
Required professional background & qualifications:
-
Administration Degree or related field to Human Resources
-
Desirable Master’s degree related to HR Administration
-
Min 5-10 years’ experience in HR Operations in Mexico
-
Min 1 years’ experience in HR Operations with other LatAm countries
- Upper Intermediate or Advanced English: report in English & Spanish
Competences and Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
• Results oriented with a focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
• Adept at handling high volume workflow and effectively prioritizing daily tasks
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization with diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and change.
