HR Generalist (6-month Contract)

 

We are seeking a solution & detail-oriented HR Generalist to support HR on a 6-month contractual basis. This role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data, optimize HR technology systems, support HR processes through system enhancements, and involves HR related system implementation, e.g. end-to-end recruitment, Payroll System, HR knowledge base system (UKG),etc..

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with regional and global HR teams during a critical transformation phase.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRIS maintenance,e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Payroll system;
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all HR systems related.
  • Optimize HR process and improve user experience. e.g. improve existing processes and Information Systems tools (M42, SAP etc..);
  • Process improvement Internal activities support;
  • Document system processes, workflows, and user guides.
  • Work with global project team to implement related project    
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Support HR process improvement, documentation, and audits
  • Assist full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, coordination, onboarding
  • Data Security and compliance -Interface with downstream systems like IT, Finance

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, e.g. Information Systems (nice to have),
  • At least 2+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, UKG, M42, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Familiarity with HR operations and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

Employment Type:

Contractual – 3 to 6 months
