The Business Unit Crop Solutions Europe is one of the leading marketing (distribution) organizations with a wide range of high-quality products in the field of fertilizers and biostimulation. Crop Solutions Europe supports both producers, distributors and farmers in the countries in fulfilling their developments.
For the Innovation Team we are looking for a motivated Agronomist / Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic Innovation team. As part of our European team, you will support our R&D projects and will be in charge of all regulatory regulations concerning fertilizers and biologicals. In this position, you can be based in one of our European subsidiaries.
Your tasks:
- Managing all Regulatory questions regarding the fertilizer and biological portfolio
- Responsible of the relationship and exchanges with external consultants
- Support R&D projects by setup experimental protocol, follow up the trials, analyze the data and synthesize the project
- Technology transfer to salesperson and customers thanks to a close collaboration with Marketing department; customer presentations, fairs, events…
- Orient and follow up the marketing trials in relation with commercial activities
- Keeping regular exchanges with salesperson and all stakeholders to identify the needs of the market
- Collaborate and align with the Global Innovation Team on projects and processes.
Your profile:
- You have a completed an agronomist vocational training with proven experience in project development, plant nutrition and/or soil management and/or biologicals or comparable.
- You have strong agronomical knowledge, and you show pedagogy in the sharing of them.
- You have a strong experience in Regulatory in agriculture solutions, biologicals and nutrition.
- You are creative thinking, solution oriented, self-driven and open mindset
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills for working with distributed, multi-cultural teams
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and multiple activities. Travels in Europe are to be expected.
- You’re fluent in English and Spanish, French and German are a plus.
