Sales Manager - Baltics (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia) (m/f/d)

The Sales Manager for Plant Advantage (portfolio of biological products) in the Baltic States is responsible for driving demand for HELM products and securing wholesale orders within the Baltic market. This role ensures the implementation of HELM's strategic objectives across wholesale customers and promotes these strategies throughout various trade and advisory levels to maintain long-term market demand.
Your tasks:
- Establish and lead the Plant Advantage business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Support internal setup of sales processes during the initial phase.
- Build sustainable relationships with wholesale customers, as well as agricultural retailers, consultants, and contractors.
- Utilize marketing trials with key influencers and decision-makers to strengthen market presence.
- Develop balanced approaches for different customer groups and create long-term strategies, including customer branding within the defined sales territory.
- Plan and analyze sales performance, derive customer- and region-specific strategies.
- Manage budget processes and ensure achievement of HELM's revenue targets in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Oversee pricing strategy for HELM products in the Baltic market, ensuring margin responsibility.
- Forecast product demand and maintain the S&OP process to guarantee supply availability.
- Maintain internal interfaces to secure future-oriented business operations.
- Ensure transparency of ongoing sales activities within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of Baltic States marketing plan through market insights.
Your profile:
- Degree in Agricultural Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong agricultural expertise and technical understanding (e.g., application technology).
- Commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer personalities.
- Confident and persuasive communication, including presentation skills.
- Self-driven and independent work style.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Experience in customer management and team leadership.
- Goal- and results-oriented mindset.
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in agriculture input sales, ideally including biostimulants / biological products
- Business‑fluent in Lithuanian and/or Latvian and/or Estonian and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in these languages, verbally and in writing.
