In the role of Sales Manager - Nordics (m/f/d), you will be part of a motivated Nordic team that works closely together. We are looking for a sales manager to manage our chemical business, including sales to the food, feed, pharma segments. Sales will be in both Denmark and Sweden.
Your responsibilities:
In your role, you will support and expand the sales activities for existing customers while also developing new business opportunities.
In detail, this includes:
- Managing key accounts and supporting the continued growth of existing customer relationships through regular customer visits
- Traveling approximately 40–60% of your working time within Denmark and Sweden
- Driving the development of new customer relationships and identifying new product opportunities
- Acting in a motivated and creative manner with regards to implementing both new and existing strategies
- Analyzing customers and markets and developing appropriate sales strategies and initiatives together with the team
- Acting as a key link between our product managers, supply chain, and the Danish and Swedish market
- Actively participating in industry events and meetings, as well as initiating such activities yourself
- You will be highly involved in the strategy planning and execution of our Nordic operation
- You will report directly to our Nordic head of sales and product manager
Your profile:
We expect that you:
- Have experience in marketing and sales within the chemical industry
- Possess strong knowledge of sales management and demonstrate solid expertise in negotiating long-term supply and sales contracts
- Approach both existing and new business contacts with an open mindset and a pragmatic attitude
- Have a team-oriented, responsible, and reliable personality, and are confident in leading meetings
- Thrive in an international environment where English is the corporate language and Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish are regional languages
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage but not a requirement
