Within our Service Unit Europe, our HR Management department offers students (m/f/d) an exciting and diverse range of activities with a focus on Recruiting & HR Services.

 

Your tasks:

  • In your role, you will gain insights into HELM's Europe-wide recruiting and HR Service area.
  • In detail, this means you will guide our applicants through the application process and will get to know different HR-related topics in collaboration with the team.
  • In doing so, you support the recruiting in the organization, coordination and follow-up of interviews and will be in written or phone contact with candidates regarding the current application process.
  • Moreover, you will create and publish job descriptions and will be open to approach candidates both nationally and internationally via active sourcing.
  • In the HR Service department, you will take over administrative tasks and may have the opportunity to manage HR projects independently.
  • Within projects you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and look for new ways to inspire interesting talents for HELM.

Your profile:

  • You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the field of business administration, humanities or economics.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of human resources with a focus on international recruitment and talent management. and also possess of initial knowledge in HR administration.
  • You are proficient in common IT applications such as the MS Office package - ideally you are already familiar with common recruiting platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, Cornerstone).
  • You also enjoy working in an international environment and can communicate fluently in English and German.
