To strengthen our Crop Protection team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Consultant in Crop Protection for Germany (m/f/d), in the field, who will represent the HELM crop protection and biostimulant portfolio in the German market for various customer groups.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • As part of our sales team in Germany, you will be responsible for the technical support of our crop protection portfolio and the technical market launch of the portfolio of alternative products
  • Maintaining and expanding long-term, trusting customer relationships with a focus on providing technical advice on HELM products to consulting customers
  • Collaboration in the expansion of our market position in Germany, as part of our sales team in Germany
  • Planning and supervising trials at and with consulting customers, as well as analysing the results
  • Preparing technical presentations and giving technical presentations to customers
  • You will be the technical contact person for the marketing team for all necessary technical content of the marketing campaign concerning your area of responsibility and will be involved in its active implementation

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have a degree in agricultural science or comparable training in the field of agriculture
  • You have several years of professional experience in plant cultivation consulting in the German market
  • You have a confident manner, are communicative and win over your customers with your professional persuasiveness
  • Experience in the sale of agricultural inputs is an advantage
  • You enjoy working independently, are organised, structured and never lose sight of the goal
  • You are willing to travel
  • You have a current certificate of competence in accordance with the Plant Protection Act and a class 3 car driving licence
  • You speak German at native speaker level and communicate confidently in English
