Supply Chain Central Europe manages the end-to-end supply chains for liquid chemical products across Europe.

Within our Supply Chain organization, the Road Bulk team manages the transportation of liquid chemicals by tank truck across Europe, connecting suppliers, logistics providers and customers every day.

To strengthen our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Operations Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys taking ownership, solving challenges and collaborating with customers, suppliers and logistics providers.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate operational supply chain activities for dedicated products and customers across Europe.
• Act as the key interface between customers, suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure reliable product availability, on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Resolve operational challenges and drive pragmatic solutions together with internal and external partners.
• Execute and monitor business processes within SAP and other digital systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales and Logistics to optimize supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Customer Service or a related business area.
• Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with SAP and common MS Office applications.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with dangerous goods, customs, foreign trade or chemical supply chains.
• Additional European language skills.
