Do you want to actively shape the future of leadership and inspire people worldwide? In the Learning & Development department at HELM, you will take on a key role: developing and implementing innovative strategies that strengthen and advance our leaders and teams internationally. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Corporate HR & Communications, we offer you the opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Mission
- You will shape global leadership development at HELM and set new impulses for a modern, future-oriented leadership culture.
- You will design and manage tailor-made leadership programs – from the initial idea through successful implementation and evaluation – for our locations worldwide.
- You will develop targeted training and talent pool initiatives to foster the leaders of tomorrow.
- You will create structured “Learning Paths” tailored to different leadership levels and business areas.
- You will ensure that our learning offerings inspire and increase participation rates through creative communication strategies.
- You will work closely with international HR colleagues and align your initiatives with HELM’s global HR strategy.
You have
- A degree in business, psychology, human resources, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR, ideally with a focus on international leadership development in medium-sized or large companies.
- Proven success in designing, piloting, and globally implementing leadership programs.
- Ideally, initial experience with the CliftonStrengths assessment.
- A desire to work both strategically and operationally – appreciating the variety of this role.
- Strong presence as a competent sparring partner for stakeholders at all levels, up to executive management.
- A global mindset, intercultural competence (Asia, Americas, Europe), and a hands-on mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
