Your Impact:
As Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping HELM’s leadership culture. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Corporate HR & Communications, you will lead strategic initiatives that empower our leaders and teams globally.
Your Tasks:
- In this role, you own the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and leadership development programs across HELM.
- You develop and execute targeted leadership training and talent pool initiatives to build future-ready leaders.
- In doing so, you also create engaging communication strategies to promote learning offerings and increase participation.
- Moreover, you are responsible for cultivating a sustainable learning culture aligned with HELM’s long-term strategy.
- Enhancing and expanding our Learning Management System (LMS), including the integration of platforms like LinkedIn Learning, will also be part of your function.
- In addition to that, you will define and implement structured “Learning Paths” tailored to different leadership levels.
- As part of this global position, you collaborate closely with Regional HR colleagues to align learning initiatives with HELM’s global HR strategy.
Your Profile:
- You hold a degree in economics, psychology, human resources, or a related field—or have equivalent professional experience.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development in international, mid-sized or large organizations.
- You enjoy roles where you can both contribute on a strategic level to learning & development topics as well as take on operational responsibilities.
- You are confident in engaging with senior stakeholders up to board level, offering guidance and sparring on leadership topics.
- Your global mindset and experience working across cultures (Asia, Americas, Europe) make you a collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality, ready to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team.
- You are familiar with common IT-applications (Microsoft Office 365)
- Fluency in the English language, both, written and spoken, complete your profile.
