Senior Content Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

The Corporate Communications department acts as the voice of HELM and communicates the company's interests in line with the overall strategy via all internal and external channels.

Your tasks:

• Researching, planning and implementing content:

In this global role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive research, planning and editorial creation of international content (mainly text, graphic and video). You will use this content specifically for our corporate communications.

• Independent management and further development of content:

You will bring our content to the next level by independently managing the content strategies and measures for our digital channels according to our recently launched future strategy. The focus currently lies on our HELM LinkedIn accounts (Corporate, CEO and HELM AG subsidiaries) and on XING. You will expand our Social Media presence to further relevant channels in the future.

• Website and community management:

You will also be responsible for the support and further development of our global HELM website (including Corporate and Business and Service Units) as well as taking over the community management for our social media channels. With target group-specific measures, optimization of our search engine results and fresh ideas for content & paid ads, you will ensure that the level of awareness of our brand increases through reach and engagement.

• Performance reporting:

You are responsible for the performance reporting of our website and social media channels and derive appropriate optimization measures to continuously increase reach and engagement. You will find it easy to translate your reporting into stakeholder-friendly language and convince your stakeholders of your ideas.

• Stakeholder management:

You will work closely with the Corporate Communications team on all matters and provide support, e.g. for internal live streams and internal events, to ensure integrated internal and external communications. You will also be responsible for managing external agencies in this context. Cross-hierarchical communication as well as presentations to and exchanges with executive management are part of your daily business. 

Your profile: 

• You have a degree in marketing, media, communication or similar and have at least 5+ years of experience in content management (social media, online marketing, etc.) in previous positions.
• Fun at work is essential for this role and as a team player you enjoy working together to achieve goals and implement innovative ideas.
• You are also enthusiastic about writing texts in German and English. Combined with a good visual sense, you have always been able to create appealing and effective content. 
• As a "self-starter", you are open to new challenges and are motivated to drive and shape projects.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
