SAP Business Process Consultant - Logistic (m/f/d)

For our Business Application SAP department, we are looking for a motivated Business Process Consultant (m/f/d) as part of the global rollout of our new ERP system – SAP S/4 HANA. This role is based in Hamburg and is a fixed-term position for 2 years.
Your Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for the logistics focus within the global HELM Business Process Landscape, covering Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Transport Management, and Customer Service, while continuously developing your expertise and applying it effectively in projects.
- Business requirements from all units and legal entities are analyzed to design optimal solutions within the ONE HELM IT platform environment and to ensure seamless process alignment.
- You conduct process analyses, document workflows, create user journeys, and support technical solution design as well as blueprint creation.
- Coordinating test planning, test execution, and key user support is part of your role, as is defining training content and delivering training sessions.
- You keep the SEN Library and course catalogue up to date and take ownership of organizing data migration, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Projects are planned, managed, and monitored by you, ensuring milestones are met, status reports are prepared, and risks are addressed with appropriate measures.
- Clear, audience-focused communication with stakeholders, facilitation of discussions, and proactive engagement are key elements of your contribution to project success.
Your Profile:

- You hold a degree in business economics, shipping, or accounting and ideally have experience in logistics processes such as order management, order fulfillment, transport management, and customer service.
- Excellent English skills are essential; German, Spanish, or Portuguese are considered an advantage.
- You have solid knowledge of HELM business processes and the HELM global platform, along with proficiency in SAP (S4/Hana, Enable Now, Focused Build, Solution Manager, Fiori).
- You are confident using Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, as well as IDL/MRP and Power BI.
