Our Finished Dosage Forms Team of our Pharma Business Unit is looking for a new Project Manager Pharma (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- In this function, you will support the coordination of development projects in the Finished Dosage Form Unit
- Together with the team and the Program Director, you maintain the supervision and reporting of projects. Here, you will also ensure the adherence to targets and timelines as well as the budget.
- In doing so, you will also organize and participate in team meetings and workshops.
- Moreover, you assist with management reports and the preparation of management presentations.
- Furthermore, to remove any barriers that may prevent the project from progressing, you ensure a smooth and adequate information flow between the team, the Program Director and other relevant stakeholders. This includes the communication with internal stakeholders as well as external partners.
- In addition, you also manage the project-related documentation and keep project data up to date in the company-wide project management system. This also includes the monitoring of the project budget and project expenditures.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in natural sciences and several years of work experience within the international pharmaceutical environment ideally in (generic) pharmaceutical development.
- Moreover, you have of professional experience in a project management environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or SCRUM Maser) is beneficial.
- You have a track record in navigating through complex international projects and team settings.
- You are proficient in common IT applications within the framework of project management (MS Office). On top of that, you already gained experience in working with SAP or another ERP system.
- In a team, you act as an open, service-oriented, communicative, and assertive personality. You have a flexible and proactive attitude towards quickly changing environments and are motivated to take on new challenges and find creative solutions.
- You possess of a fluent command in both German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
