Within our Service Unit Europe, we offer students the opportunity to get to know the Europe-wide HR management of HELM AG and to gain initial practical experience in various operational HR functions as part of an internship.

 

Your tasks:

  • During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the operational HR area at HELM and support the team with a variety of tasks in day-to-day business along the entire employee lifecycle.
  • This includes, among other things, maintaining our SAP Successfactors employee management system, as well as other personnel administration tasks, such as preparing employment contracts, references or other certificates.
  • In this context, you will also get to know HELM's Europe-wide recruiting and you support the colleagues in the correspondence with applicants or appointment coordination.
  • In addition, you will collaborate with the team on current HR projects and contribute your own ideas to continuously optimize our HR processes. 

 

Your profile:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in the field of business administration, humanities or economics.
  • Ideally you will support us for 6 months.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility and initiative and enjoy working in a team.
  • Due to your reliable and structured way of working, you can also quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks.
  • You are proficient in common IT applications such as the MS Office package - ideally you already have knowledge of personnel management systems and tools such as, for example, SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn, or Cornerstone.
  • Moreover, you also enjoy working in an international environment and can communicate fluently in English and German.
