Internship Group Controlling (m/f/d)

Group Controlling is responsible for overarching analyses and the preparation of results relating to the development of sales, costs and earnings of the Helm Group, business units and investments, and acts as a business sparring partner at management level. It supports the planning, controlling and management function, the company management and the respective responsible executives.

As part of an internship, we offer students (m/f/d) the opportunity to gain an initial insight into the diverse field of Group Controlling at HELM.

Your tasks:

• You will support the eight-member Group Controlling team in its day-to-day business, help shape processes in an international environment and learn about the wide range of controlling topics.
• Furthermore, you will work on our Group management reporting, e.g. in the preparation of quarterly reports and Supervisory Board reports.
• Moreover, you will also be involved in the preparation of monthly internal reporting and other analyses.
• In addition, you contribute your ideas in order to conduct presentations for HELM´s management.
• Budget planning and forecasting are also part of the Group Controlling and you will be involved in these as part of your internship.
   

Your profile:

• You are studying with a focus on business administration and are in advanced studies.
• You ideally support us for 4-6 months.
• You are characterized by a high technical affinity and willingness to learn.
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and are also curious.
• Ideally, you have already gained some work experience (e.g. in the context of internships).
• As a true team player, you have no reservations about collaborating within the team in both German and English (written and spoken).
