Internship Finance Operations Europe (Accounting Services) (m/f/d)

The Financial Operations Europe division provides accounting services (accounts payable, accounts receivable) for HELM AG in the SAP S4 Hana environment centrally across Europe at two main locations (Hamburg, Lisbon) and also handles other related areas such as the Group's credit management. The Finance Service Line plays a central role in incoming and outgoing communication with our internal and external customers.

Your taks:

• You will support the further development of a platform for modern communication, from automation in request management to communication mining (Salesforce Service Cloud).
• Based on structured activity lists, you will work with SAP key users to create documentation to ensure the targeted transfer of activities to first-level support and a structured supply of information within the company.
• With your analytical approach, you will help identify topics that can be answered directly in self-service with the help of modern and integrated knowledge management systems.
• Together with the management team, you will develop a reporting system that provides managers and employees with process-relevant key figures.
• You will support the team and gain experience in direct ticket processing and learn how to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable with the latest version of SAP (S4 Hana).

Your profile:

• You are studying business administration, economics, business informatics, or similar, and ideally you are in the advanced stages of your studies
• Ideally, you will be able to support us for at least 3 months
• You have a high level of technical affinity and are eager to learn
• You work in a structured and reliable manner and are also curious
• Ideally, you have already gained some initial professional experience (e.g., through internships).
• As a true team player, you are not afraid to work in German and English and would also be interested in traveling abroad for work.
