In the Corporate HR team People & Performance, we develop worldwide standards and processes for personnel development at HELM and thus support the further development of our corporate culture as well as that of each individual employee. As part of our team, you will gain exciting insights and deal with a wide range of strategic topics relating to leadership development, talent, and performance management as well as various HR development concepts. The bouquet of topics is colourful, and no two days are the same. If you enjoy conceptual work and are happy to contribute your ideas from day one, this might be just the right opportunity for you.  


Your tasks:  

  • You will gain interesting insights into the design, implementation and support of various projects and topics in global HR development.  

  • One focus of your internship will be to support the introduction of the SAP SuccessFactors personnel development modules. 

  • You will also support us in the implementation and content-related design of other personnel development concepts and processes. 

  • Your area of responsibility also includes active support in internal communication (e.g., news posts, presentations) and coordination with stakeholders. 

  • As well as taking on your first independent projects.  


Your qualifications: 

  • You are studying economics, humanities or a similar degree related to human resources or have just completed it. 

  • You have first relevant practical experience. 

  • You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility and initiative and enjoy working in a team. 

  • You enjoy learning new things and can quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and tasks. 

  • Reliability and discretion are a matter of course for you. 

  • You have very good German and English language skills and are proficient in Office365.
