IT Service Manager - HELM Pharmaceuticals (m/f/d)

HELM Pharmaceuticals GmbH is seeking an IT Service Manager for its FDF Business. To support this, we are looking for a motivated IT Service Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• In this role, you will lead the IT function for the FDF business directly reporting to the FDF CFO.
• In more detail, you gradually build and develop the internal IT function within the company, and you develop and implement IT strategies to support business objectives. This also includes the enforcement of IT policies to secure compliance and best practices.
• In doing so, you provide direction and oversight for IT initiatives and projects and will establish and participate in IT governance committees.
• Furthermore, you monitor the performance of IT Services including external providers to secure seamless IT service delivery.
• Here, you act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to secure alignment and effective communication, identify and resolve issues as well as escalating critical matters when necessary.
• To continuously improve our service processes, you manage the IT demand and portfolio to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.
• In addition, you will coordinate and manage IT services in the areas of ERP systems, non-ERP applications, and infrastructure.
• The planning and controlling of the overall IT Budget including a reasonable distribution of the IT costs and the development of KPIs falls within your scope of responsibilities.

Your profile:

• You posses of a degree in computer science, information systems or related field.
• Moreover, you have already gained several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally in overseeing and managing IT functions.
• Furthermore, you bring a strong knowledge of different ERP Systems, non-ERP applications, and an overall IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders are your strengths and help you to successfully operate in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• You furthermore possess of strong leadership and management skills and have experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Here, you also demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and ethical standards while being a team player.
• Your strategic thinking skills benefit the development and successful implementation of IT strategies.
• You are Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
