In our Unit Supply Chain, we are responsible for executing the Distribution business of our chemical products. Doing that, high service-orientation, flexibility, creativity, knowledge, relationship, and trust are very important values for us.
In our Supply Chain Central Europe we are one international team, with local units, who are sharing their knowledge, ideas and supporting each other.

Your tasks:
In this strategic leadership position, you put your entrepreneurial mindset into play across the following tasks:
- You are responsible for leading, empowering and developing the team Supply Chain - Dry Goods (approx. 15 team members), surrounded by a strong Supply Chain Leadership Team within Supply Chain Central Europe.
- In your responsibility of day-to-day business, you support the team members in the structures of the logistical daily operations as well as the optimization of the supply chains. Furthermore, you are taking decision in case of tight market situation keeping in mind the overall company goals, together with the team.
- Strategic development, budget definition and quality management are also part of your tasks. You will be responsible for defining future processes setup and the definition of necessary measures. You will take care of the implementation and tracking of measures considering the PDCA cycle.
- Moreover, you are interested in the definition of quality and compliance standards to assure standards and regulations in the best way.
- You also continuously pursue the consolidation of cooperation with business and service providers. You will act as a networker and develop supply chain concepts, trusting relationships with service providers and partners of HELM in cooperation with the experts of the unit.
