For our Hamburg Location, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join HELM Pharmaceuticals as Head of HR (m/f/d):
Your tasks:
- In this role, you will lead the HR function of a global company and act as the first point of contact for employees across Europe.
- Here, you will ensure the implementation of HR-related projects as well as the development and execution of an HR strategy across Europe, constantly collaborating with third-party service providers.
- In addition, you act as a consultant for business management or organizational design questions and provide support in the implementation of organizational changes, transformation and restructuring, and other change-related processes.
- Furthermore, you will support managers and their teams throughout the entire employee life cycle, including planning and coordinating Key HR-processes (e.g., recruiting, headcount planning, performance management, and salary rounds).
- HR-Analytics will also be part of your role. Here, you will manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary negotiations and grading of new positions. Moreover, you monitor and report on HR KPIs to ensure effective HR controlling.
- Overseeing learning and development programs, including GMP trainings, for employees and executives will round up your profile.
Your profile:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field; additional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- You have at least 5-7 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR business partner role, ideally in an international environment.
- You possess of strong knowledge in personnel management, labor law, compensation & benefits, talent management, and organizational development.
- You can demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capability to support transformation projects.
- Your proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with high social competence and empathy, enables you to build trustful relationships.
- You are familiar with regulatory requirements and training and have experience in dealing with employee representative bodies and unions.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
