To strengthen our HR team of HELM Pharmaceuticals, we are looking for an experienced individual in the field of HR operations who combines administrative excellence with system responsibility.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

HR Operations & Employee Support

 

  • First point of contact for employees in various countries on employment contract, administrative and procedural issues.
  • Maintenance of employee master data and management of digital employee files.
  • Independent processing of HR enquiries in German and English.

 

Onboarding & Offboarding

 

  • Structured design and operational implementation of onboarding processes.
  • Professional support for offboarding, including administrative processing.

 

HR Systems & Process Responsibility

 

  • Participation in the development and implementation of a new HR system landscape.
  • Administration and further development of HR tools.
  • Analysis and optimisation of HR processes.

 

HR Reporting & HR Controlling

 

  • Creation of reports, key figures and dashboards.
  • Preparation of HR data as a basis for decision-making for the Head of HR.

 

Recruiting Support

 

  • Support for selected recruiting processes.

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Several years of experience in HR operations or HR administration, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in the introduction or administration of HR systems.
  • Structured, careful and independent way of working.
  • Strong service orientation and professional demeanour.
  • Confident handling of HR data and reporting.
  • Interest in digital tools and AI applications for process optimisation.
  • Good knowledge of German labour and social security law.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
