HR Controller // HR Reporting & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Corporate HR team in Hamburg, we are looking for a motivated HR Reporting & Analytics Manager (m/f/d).
This role will focus on developing and managing HR reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
Moreover, you will play a key role in standardizing HR metrics, enhancing data transparency, and ensuring compliance with global reporting regulations.
In addition, with this role you will be driving & supporting projects in the wider field of HR Controlling / Compensation & Benefits.
Your tasks:
- You will support project management in the area of Compensation & Benefits and lead as well as assist in projects, such as developing a global compensation framework or implementing a job architecture.
- Ensuring high data quality and consistency will be another key focus of your role, providing a reliable foundation for HR reporting and analysis.
- You will be responsible for the standardization and further development of HR reports and will continuously work on automating and optimizing both standard and ad-hoc reports.
- In close collaboration with our global business units, you will develop and implement HR KPIs based on the HELM corporate and HR strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Additionally, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as the Pay Transparency Act, and guarantee that all regulatory requirements in HR reporting are met.
Your Profile:
- You have several years of experience in controlling and data analytics, ideally in the HR field, or have already worked in a strategic role in Compensation & Benefits within an international corporate environment.
- You have strong expertise in data analysis and processing and ideally have experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR IT systems, as well as business intelligence tools.
- You enjoy working in a team, have an analytical and strategic mindset, and can present complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
- Your fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, completes your profile.
