Cloud Architect (m/f/d)

The IT team is looking for a dedicated Cloud Architect (m/f/d) specialising in Windows 11 who wants to play an active role in shaping the digital transformation of our workplace environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the conception, further development and support of modern IT workplaces in an international environment.

Your tasks:

• In your position, you will be responsible for the support and continuous development of the IT Workplace in HELM's international corporate business environment. You will develop a future-oriented cloud client based on Microsoft Intune.
• You will administer and optimise applications from the Office 365 landscape such as Intune, Teams, SharePoint and the classic Office products.
• In addition, you will be in charge of requirements, patch and release management, implement automated software distribution and ensure stable operation through in-depth 2nd and 3rd level fault analyses and troubleshooting.
• Another focus point of your work will be the development and creation of strategic solutions as well as the definition of technical objectives in the area of modern client architectures.

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification and/or a corresponding degree in the IT sector.
• You also have in-depth knowledge of Windows 11 and extensive experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Intune and Teams.
• Ideally, you will also have expertise in Microsoft ATP such as Defender for Endpoint or Cloud App Security. Your programming skills with Microsoft PowerShell enable you to design automation processes efficiently.
• Professional experience in the areas mentioned is an advantage for the advertised position.
• You are characterised by a high degree of customer and service orientation, you work independently, show initiative and actively contribute to the team.
• Your excellent written and spoken English will help you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
