At HELM, we connect global markets in the chemical and agribusiness industry. To support our 2 years Sales & Marketing transformation initiative, we are seeking for a Business Process Consultant (m/f/d) with a strong process mindset and hands‑on MarTech experience - limited for 2 years.
You design and improve end‑to‑end Sales and Marketing processes and translate business needs into effective process and system solutions. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, IT, and external agencies, you help shape HELM’s digital Sales & Marketing landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize Sales & Marketing processes
- Translate business requirements into scalable process and system solutions
- Configure and work with MarTech and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Collaborate with IT and manage external agencies or consultants
- Support tool rollouts, improvements, and change initiatives
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in Marketing, Sales, Business analyst, or a related field
- Experience in the chemical, agribusiness, or a similar B2B industrial environment is a strong plus
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools
- Strong business–IT interface skills and a structured, pragmatic mindset
- English is a must; German is a strong plus
