The Assistant Corporate HR & Communications (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting administrative and organizational activities. You will support the EVP Corporate HR & Communication in planning, controlling and administration of HELM internal as well as external projects.
The position is temporary as part of a parental leave replacement and is expected to be filled until July 2026.
Your tasks:
- In this role, you will support the EVP Corporate HR & Communications in organizational activities and administrative tasks.
- This includes: scheduling and monitoring appointments; preparing meetings; communicating with internal employees and external stakeholders of HELM as well as maintaining filing and database systems.
- You will also be responsible for checking and entering invoices in SAP as well as processing incoming mails.
- Furthermore, you will be handling the translation of materials in German and English and support the EVP in the preparation of presentations.
- Moreover, you will be responsible for the implementation and evaluation of statistics and support the Executive Board in the preparation of reports for the annual report of the Corporate HR & Communications department.
- In addition, you will be in charge of organizing business trips, international meetings and events.
- Taking on special projects for the Corporate HR & Communications department, especially in the areas of event management, conference management or similar, completes your area of responsibility.
Your Profile:
- You have completed training or studies in the field of office communication, foreign language correspondence or a comparable commercial field.
- In addition, you have professional experience in the field of assistance at management level and are an organizational talent.
- You are proficient in common IT applications such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ideally, you have knowledge and professional experience in the use of SAP or another ERP system.
- In the team you act as an open and trustworthy contact person. You enjoy taking over administrative processes and projects. You are motivated to take on new challenges.
- Experience in dealing with different cultures is desirable.
- You are characterized by a friendly manner, high resilience as well as flexibility and reliability.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy communicating with international business partners.
