Apprenticeship - IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Are you interested in IT, digital solutions and how technical systems reliably work behind the scenes? Then start your apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration at HELM.

We will prepare you step by step for your role in our IT system administration. You will get to know our modern IT landscape, support technical questions and work together with an international team on solutions for our digital workplace.

You will work with Windows operating systems, global infrastructure, cloud services based on Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as the installation of hardware and software.

The practical part at HELM is complemented by classes at the Berufliche Schule ITECH in Hamburg.

What you will learn with us

• You support IT systems, applications and technical infrastructure.

• You assist in the helpdesk and support users with IT questions.

• You analyze errors by phone and email and develop suitable solutions.

• You work with our ticket system and learn how to document incidents clearly.

• You gain insights into process and project management.

What you ideally bring

• A secondary school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, Abitur or comparable school qualification

• Interest in IT, technology and digital topics

• Enjoyment in understanding problems and developing solutions

• Good German and English skills

• Team spirit, communication skills and a careful way of working
