Your tasks:
Do you enjoy cooking, being creative and working in a team? Then an apprenticeship in our canteen is just right for you.
During the three-year apprenticeship you will acquire knowledge about purchasing, quality control, as well as about the storage and preparation of food. You will learn to organise work processes in the various areas of the kitchen. You will also receive special instruction in accident prevention rules and hygiene measures.
The practical part of the training is rounded off by several weeks of observation in a renowned hotel or catering business.
Your working week has 5 days, there is no shift work for you and the weekends and holidays are free.
The instruction in the vocational school takes place in block form at the national Gewerbeschule for catering trade and nutrition.
