AI Innovation Intern (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the field of artificial intelligence and automation, we are looking for a dedicated AI Innovation Intern (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about generative AI, chatbot development, and innovative technologies and would like to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Are you passionate about generative AI, chatbots, and innovative technologies? Then join our team and support us in developing intelligent solutions based on Microsoft AI. Working closely with our AI & Automation Lead, you will develop prototypes, document best practices, and help establish AI applications internally.

Your tasks

• Creation of user manuals, tutorials, and demo videos on how to use Microsoft Copilot

• Documentation of best practices and use cases for internal knowledge transfer
• Support for enablement sessions and workshops

• Design and testing of conversational bots with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Integration of bots into company data sources and workflows
• Optimizing user interaction and implementing feedback loops

• Collaborating on the design, training, and evaluation of AI/ML models with Azure Machine Learning and Azure Foundry
• Assisting with data preparation, feature engineering, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborating on prompt engineering and fine-tuning for generative AI applications

Your profile

• You are currently studying computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field (bachelor's/master's degree)
• You communicate clearly and comprehensibly—ideally with experience in content creation
• You are interested in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio
• Knowledge of Python, Power Automate, or open-source LLMs is a plus
