The Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs across HELMs organization, with a strong focus on leadership development.

 

The role requires a hands-on professional who understands global workforce dynamics and can adapt programs to suit HELMs diverse and international teams.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

In this function, you will report directly to the Executive Vice President Corporate HR & Communications and take responsibility for the areas of learning and people & leadership development at HELM. This includes the following activities:

 

  • Responsibility for the design, implementation, and monitoring of learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities at all levels
  • Creation of accompanying communication plans to increase user engagement and the user rate of our learning offers
  • Foster a sustainable learning culture to support the long-term strategy of the HELM Group
  • Leveraging and further developing our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Design “Learning Paths,” ideally incorporating LinkedIn Learning
  • Plan, design, and implement leadership training programs and initiatives
  • Develop and execute talent pool programs
  • Cooperation with the Corporate HR team on learning and development to implement our global corporate HR strategy at HELM

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have a degree in economics, psychology, human resources, or a similar field of study – alternatively, you can demonstrate comparable training including professional experience.
  • You already have at least 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in medium-sized or larger organizations.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in strategy development and know to define topic specific strategies, balancing companies' requirements, size and maturity.
  • You have the ability to interact with key stakeholders up to board level (provide guidance, sparring, convincing…) and experience in working across cultures (Asia, Americas, Europe).
  • As a team player an open and convincing personality. You force a hands-on mentality and have the willingness to take on responsibility in a flat hierarchy, but also to drive forward projects and topics together.
