Are you ready to drive strategic transformation in a dynamic, international environment? We are seeking a motivated early-career professional to join our Corporate Development team, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.  


Your Impact: 

  • You will support and execute key strategic initiatives at group level. 
  • You act as a trusted partner to business units, facilitating alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic priorities. 
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving change. 
  • You will analyze market trends and business opportunities to provide actionable insights. 
  • You contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and frameworks for strategy execution. 
  • You support M&A activities and financial modelling when needed. 

 

Your Profile: 

  • University degree in business, economics, or a related field; additional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CVA) are a plus. 
  • At least two years of relevant experience in strategy, private equity, management consulting, corporate development, or a similar environment. 
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication abilities. 
  • A collaborative team player who values diversity and thrives in cross-functional settings. 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
