As part of HELM Crop Solutions’ ongoing growth, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Promoter (m/f/d) for our subsidiary in France, to be our local face in the field. You’ll take ownership of regional outreach, forming vital connections with farmers, distributors, and key industry stakeholders, championing our innovative portfolio of agricultural solutions.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • In this position, you will promote our Crop Solutions range (iZiLi, Plant Advantage, HELM Pro, HELM Plus) to customers across a wide crop spectrum: arable, industrial, vegetables, greenhouses, and vineyards.
  • In doing so, you will actively participate in distributors campaign launches as well as regional and local meetings and events to also identify local challenges and develop tailored technical and marketing solutions.
  • Therefore, you will also be visiting technical departments of distributors, agro-industrial players and local technical institutes to monitor and promote field trials.
  • In addition, you will be sourcing business intelligence information on the overall market, products, distribution and competition to contribute to successful brand awareness.

 

Your profile:

 

With a commercial background and a strong interest in agronomy and innovative agricultural solutions, you are eager to contribute to the evolution of the sector. Therefore, you have:

 

  • A completed Bachelor to Master’s degree, e.g. in RCAF License – Tecomah, UniLaSalle, Agri-Supply Sales License, or equivalent.
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years' experience in the French Agriculture distribution market (first experience in biological products is a plus)
  • Strong characteristics such as: self-motivation, autonomy, strong orientation for sales targets and the ability to travel frequently (3-4 days / week).
  • An active professional network in the agricultural sector.
  • A customer-oriented, with a long-term relationship-building, mindset.
  • The ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders: sales directors, regional managers, network coordinators, sales reps, technical teams, etc.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in the English language.
  • Good proficiency in common IT applications such as Microsoft Office 365.
