To strengthen our team in Helm Iberica, located in Barcelona, we are looking for a motivated Quality & Customer Service Manager (m/f/d)
Job Description:
Management and control of quality and food safety documentation to ensure proper maintenance of the system according to IFS BROKER
Your tasks:
- Ensure that supplier and product documentation is up to date
- Verify that supplier analysis certificates are correct
- Support internal and external audits
- Register new products, customers and suppliers in SAP
- Assist with customer questionnaires
- Support the Quality Manager regarding quality requirements
- Additional office tasks
Your profile:
- Degree in food technology, or equivalent
- Organized and structured personality with attention to detail
- Able to learn independently
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptable to a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of quality and food safety standards
- English advanced, Spanish
- Knowledge in MS Office 365 (word, powerpoint, excel)
