We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Aix-en-Provence, France.
As a Supply Chain Operations Manager, you play a central role in ensuring that every step of the supply chain from contract review and order processing to transport coordination, stock monitoring, and customer communication runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service quality, enabling the company to deliver reliability, transparency, and long‑term customer satisfaction.
This is a fixed-term position for 12 to 18 months, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient supply chain operations in a dynamic international environment.
Your tasks
- In this role, you will ensure full compliance with customer orders, including contract review and confirmation of receipt.
- Furthermore, you will process and track purchase, sales, and transport orders in SAP.
- Moreover, you will organise and monitor deliveries, select and charter carriers, and manage leased tanks efficiently.
- In addition, you will ensure that all loading and unloading requirements from partners are respected and that administrative transport documents are properly tracked.
- You will also manage loading schedules for carriers and maintain proactive communication with customers, especially after deliveries in special situations.
- Furthermore, you will support the resolution of disputes, propose corrective actions, and follow up with suppliers based on customer order volumes.
- Additionally, you will maintain dashboards, enter delivery and invoicing data, check supplier invoices (VIM), and handle discrepancies such as credit note requests.
- Your responsibilities will also include independently monitoring stock levels and contributing to the coordination of supply flows, including maritime deliveries to storage platforms.
