ICS Supply Chain Central Europe is responsible for the supply chain of nearly all liquid chemicals of EU Europe Chemicals. From contact to supplier, Logistic Providers and customers everything is in on hand.

 

To strengthen our team in Aix-en-Provence or Paris, we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator / Logistics Coordinator / Transport Coordinator (m/f/d), limited for 2 years.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • In this function, you will act as an interface on operational level to suppliers and customers and provide a high level of service in after-sales and after-purchase services.
  • You will contribute to a smooth operational planning of supply chains for the respective product group-, the market- or customer segment in scope.
  • Moreover, you are responsible for processing our business-transactions in SAP SD/MM and/or TM.
  • In addition, you support in executing all relevant month- and year-end closing checks and activities.
  • You will work in accordance with our internal processes and quality regulations (Aris, ISO, HELM-Principles). In doing so, you will also report any internal deviations to ensure optimization of our work environment.
  • Furthermore, you monitor compliance with all relevant external regulations (e.g. dangerous goods, customs, foreign trade, tax, etc.). This also includes processing external complaint receipts by a business partner (8-D report).
  • As part of your role, you will constantly ensure a balance between cost-conscious Supply Chain Management and a maximum possible degree of service to customers and suppliers.
  • You consult and collaborate with Product- and Sales-Management to collectively address supply-chain or logistic specific issues and to observe market-developments.
     

 

Your profile:

 

  • You have a logistical background and several years of professional experience in this area.
  • Furthermore, you are familiar with working with dangerous goods requirements, tax regulations and foreign trade standards.
  • You are proficient in common IT applications such as the MS Office package. You already possess of experience in working with SAP.
  • In the team, you act as an open and team-oriented contact person. In addition, you are characterized by a service-oriented mindset.
  • A fluent command of written and spoken English and French completes your profile. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
