Position Objective

As an Operations & Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the key point of contact for all customer and supplier order-related activities. Your focus is on ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient processing of orders in our ERP system (SAP), maintaining high service quality, and supporting smooth operations across departments.

Your tasks: 

  • Receive, review, and process customer orders and supplier requests in SAP, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal standards.
  • Manage order-related inquiries from customers and suppliers, providing prompt, professional support.
  • Administer and maintain master data for customers, suppliers, and service providers in SAP.
  • Monitor order processes to ensure timely payment, delivery, and fulfillment, including any customs requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping of samples and products in collaboration with the Supply Chain team, including documentation and tracking.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to order processing and SAP operations.
  • Identify potential process improvements in order handling and SAP workflows and contribute to their implementation.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for order-related communication with internal teams.

Your profile:

  • 2 - 5 years professional experience in order processing, SAP administration, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and confident handling of MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to quickly learn new processes and adapt to a dynamic environment.
