Production Employee (m/f/d) - Process Control Systems

We are seeking a Production Employee to join our Production Department in Luckenwalde. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team where every member is trained to master the entire production cycle. Your entry point will leverage your expertise in technical plant operation and process control systems (PCS7). As part of our "One-Team" philosophy, you will also be trained across all production, including the pharmaceutical clean room, to ensure team flexibility.
Your Tasks:
- System Management: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production systems via the process control system (e.g., PCS7) as well as directly on the plant.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Detecting, analyzing, and rectifying faults in the ongoing production process; carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
- GMP Compliance: Ensuring a trouble-free and GMP-compliant production process, including conversion, set-up, and adjustment work.
- Clean Room: Working in the clean room in compliance with hygiene and clothing regulations, including sampling and visual inspections.
- Documentation & Quality: Monitoring of relevant process and quality parameters; careful documentation of production steps in accordance with GMP specifications.
Your Profile:
- Technical Background: Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Electronics Technician, or Machine/Plant Operator.
- System Strength: Experience in dealing with process control systems (e.g., PCS7) and a technical understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, or control technology.
- Team Mindset: Willingness to perform hands-on work directly on the plant and work in a shift system (early/late/night/holidays).
- Language: Professional fluency in German (mandatory).
